Hello!  My name is Kerri Keith, and I’m so excited to begin my second full year with this amazing Shepton family!  I work with students whose last names begin with Fo-Mar.

I have a passion for working with teenagers, and I’m looking forward to meeting our freshmen and reconnecting with our sophomores! I love helping students and their families as they navigate both their academic pursuits and their social/emotional wellness. 

I began my career in education teaching secondary English in Richardson ISD, and then I continued on to the Student Assistance Programs where we counseled students and families in drug and violence prevention.  I substituted in Plano ISD teaching and counseling for many years until I decided to come back full time to counseling. 

I’ve been married to the love of my life for 22 years, and we have three kids (my oldest son graduated with the IB programme at Plano East, and I have a current 11th grade son and 9th grade daughter in PISD).  We enjoy outdoor activities such as backpacking and camping plus the indoor fun of family game nights and movie-watching.  I also enjoy running marathons, early morning boot camp, and reading.  And of course, I love watching my Dallas Cowboys in the fall! 

I'm so excited for this year, and I'm ready to connect with students in my alpha and help them succeed!
