Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Kathleen Malinovsky

Kathleen Malinovsky

* I was born in Cadiz, Kentucky, which is located in the region of western Kentucky, the Land Between the Lakes. Both of my parents were teachers and attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I also attended Western Kentucky University, which is affectionately known as the Hilltoppers, because the school is on a large hill. I met my husband at WKU. He was a Sigma Nu and I was an AOPi. I was active in the WKU marching band for 4 years, as well as, competing in speech, oral interpretation, and theatre competitions.

* This is my 17th year of teaching and I'm excited to be part of Plano ISD and at Shepton High School. I love teaching Multilingual students!

* My husband and I have 3 children; Mary Elizabeth, Jordan, and Clay. We also love playing with our 2 dogs, Sydney Sue, a Doberman who's 13, and our rescue Abby, who's 7, and a mix of a little bit of everything!
