I grew up in the DFW area, attended Rockwall schools my entire life and then went on to graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University. I have been teaching for 20 years and this will be my 17th year at Plano Senior. I love the Plano environment and community of tradition and excellence. I currently teach Dance I-IV, am the director of the Planoettes Drill Team as well as the Maroon Guard Sponsor, and serve as Plano Senior High's Spirit Coordinator. Teaching dance and watching my students have the "ah ha" moment is what drives me to be a better teacher. I love seeing my students grow throughout the year and use dance as an outlet. 

On a personal note, I am married to Keith and we have two children, Emery and Rex. In my spare time I love being at the lake and spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies outside of dance include watching my kids in sports and dance, listening to audible and podcasts, and I am a true lover of Christmas music and movies!
