Mr. James Wright graduated from Hendrix College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies.  Immediately following college he began his teaching experience at Hillcrest High School, an exemplary school in the Dallas Independent School District.  While also briefly teaching in the Brookfield, Connecticut Public School System, the majority of his teaching experience comes from teaching a variety of history classes and sponsoring numerous clubs at Hillcrest High School.  Joining the Plano Academy faculty for the 2016-2017 school year, Mr. Wright brings his energetic and engaging teaching style to supplement our Year 3 learners in their pursuit of United States History.
