Leadership Team
Dr. Theresa Williams – Superintendent
Serves as superintendent. Responds to board and stakeholder inquiries as designated. Provides leadership and administrative consultation and guidance to administrative staff. Monitors and supports the District Strategic Plan and District Improvement Plan.
Dr. Selenda Freeman – Deputy Superintendent for Leadership & Operations
Oversees communications; school leadership and innovation; safety and security services; professional learning; advanced academics; CCMR; student engagement; instructional technology; and policy and legal review.
Johnny Hill – Deputy Superintendent for Business, Employee Services and Technology
Oversees the district's finances, budgeting, accounting, payroll and accounts payable, along with facilities management, demographic planning, purchasing and facility construction and renovation. Administers the additional areas of textbooks and instructional materials; food and nutritional services; technology and transportation.
Lisa Wilson – Deputy Superintendent for Teaching & Learning
Oversees pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade academics; multilingual services; special education; library media services; federal programs; and assessment, research and program evaluation.
Ivan Cantu – Assistant Superintendent for Strategy and Innovation
Supports district planning and change management, oversees professional learning and assists the deputy overseeing leadership and innovation; and policy and legal review.
Dr. Duana Kindle – Assistant Superintendent for Employee Services
Oversees the operation of the human resources division, which includes the departments of compensation and employee records; employee recruitment and retention; employee relations; Teacher Incentive Allotment; and employee childcare services
Dr. Jennifer Miley – Assistant Superintendent for Student, Family and Community Services
Oversees both Welcome and Enrollment Centers, Student Management, Health Services, Character Education, Attendance, McKinney-Vento Services and Parent Engagement.
Dr. Patrick Tanner – Assistant Superintendent for Technology Services
Directs technology services throughout the district including network and telecommunications resources; management information services; district help desk; and student records.
Steven Ewing – Chief of Business Operations
Oversees the operations of the following departments: transportation, food and nutritional services (FANS), facilities including new construction and risk management.
Lesley Range-Stanton – Chief Communications Officer
Directs communications and community engagement efforts supporting a range of school district stakeholders. Areas of responsibility include crisis communications; community and public relations; the district's website; social media; video production; special events and other special projects.
Courtney Reeves – Chief Financial Officer
Directs and oversees the financial and procurement activities and initiatives of the district. Also serves as chief financial advisor and budget advisor to the Deputy Superintendent for Business, Employee Services , Technology and Board of Trustees.
