Meeting Welcome

The meeting opened at 6:10pm with a welcome by Dr. Ken Helvey where he introduced those who were unable to attend the first meeting.

Agenda

Dr. Helvey then reviewed the following agenda with the committee:

• Welcome Back! Introduce new members
• Guiding Principles and Charge
• Norms
• RFI Follow Up 
•  Break into table groups with instructions at each table for the work to accomplish for the meeting

Table Group Work

Each table group will review the efficiency framework for each middle school feeder pattern consisting of:

• Enrollment
• Capacity and efficiency
• Assessment score
  • Life
  • Repair
  • Inspection
• Cost
  • Operating
  • Capital
  • Cost Per pupil
• Table Group Report
  • Capture each table report
  • Recommend consensus by table group.
• Committee consensus work
  • Use paddles to assess consensus from the whole group.

Next Steps

The committee was instructed to use the QR codes that were given to them to ask any additional questions should they arise, and these questions will be answered/ reviewed at the next meeting.
