CBE Confirmation & Results

Credit by Exam (CBE) communication from Plano ISD will be sent via School Messenger to the email address of the parents/guardians in Skyward and to the student's Plano ISD email address.

Confirmation and How to Test Information

Plano ISD Confirmation and How to Test Letters with exam-specific information will be sent through School Messenger one to two weeks before the test window opens. Information will include how and when tests are scheduled through the vendor.  

Communication for remote testing of courses administered by the University of Texas High School (UTHS) or languages other than English (LOTE) courses administered by Avant Assessment will be sent via School Messenger to the email address(es) of the parents/guardians in Skyward and to the student's Plano ISD email address. A scheduling link for LOTE testing will be sent from Avant Assessment to the student's Plano ISD email address 1-2 days before the test window opens.

  • Please contact your student's counselor directly for questions regarding registration or any errors on the courses listed in the Confirmation Information.

Results

Results from Plano ISD will be sent via School Messenger to the email address of the parents/guardians in Skyward and to the student's Plano ISD email address. Results are sent approximately three to five weeks after the close of the testing window.  

  • Score Reports are sent directly to the Counseling office at your student's current school. 

  • Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), NO results will be released over the phone or in response to an email request.
