Online CBE Resources: UTHS

Visit https://highschool.utexas.edu/cbe_study_guides and locate the study guide for the course and semester of the CBE test offered in Plano ISD

Students must complete the Enter/Verify Student Profile assignment prior to taking the CBE exam. Students registered for more than one CBE through UTHS will only need to complete this assignment one time.

1. Click on the course tile on the student dashboard. Then click Enter/Verify Student Profile.
2. Optional: Enter your counselor’s name, email address, and phone number.
3. Required: Enter the student ID number located at the top of this letter.
4. Scroll down. Ignore: Greyed-out fields are pre-populated based on the information submitted by Plano ISD. NOTE - If you need to enter a value for LEP, enter a 1.
5. Skip DyslexiaServices/Foster Care/Homeless/Immigrant/MIL.
6. Optional: Enter Guardian Email and Primary Phone.
7. Required: Enter Parent Name.
8. Click Submit. 

 The Proctorio Chrome Extension is an app that needs to be added to your Chrome internet browser one time on the device you will use for testing.  

1. Using Google Chrome, go to getproctorio.com.
2. Under Step 2, click on "Click Here".
3. This will open a new tab on the Chrome Web Store. Click on "Add to Chrome".
4. A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Add extension".
5. A new icon of a shield will appear in the upper left corner of your screen next to your Chrome picture that indicates Proctorio has been installed.
6. Return to the Getproctorio tab and confirm all 3 steps are now done.
7. You may now close the tabs for Proctorio and Chrome Web Store.
