Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program serves up real-world skills in cooking, baking, food science and kitchen operations. Whether it’s crafting gourmet dishes or perfecting pastries, students get a taste of what it takes to thrive in the fast-paced world of food. From restaurant kitchens to hospitality hotspots and even food R&D labs, this program opens the door to delicious career possibilities.

Hospitality and Tourism Management

Hospitality and Tourism Management is the study and practice of providing exceptional experiences for guests and travelers. It combines business skills with customer service, leadership and cultural awareness to prepare students for careers in hotels, restaurants, event planning, travel services, tourism attractions and related industries.
