Expanded Learning Pathways

Plano ISD’s Expanded Learning Pathways department provides flexible, innovative educational opportunities beyond the traditional classroom setting. The department includes:

• eSchool – A fully online learning platform offering high school courses for credit, allowing students to work at their own pace and schedule.
• Summer School – Programs designed to support academic acceleration, credit recovery, and enrichment during the summer months.
• ILEAP (Innovative Learning Experiences and Pathways) – Campus-based online learning initiatives that blend digital instruction with in-person support to expand access and personalize learning.

Together, these programs empower students to pursue academic goals through customized pathways that support intervention, acceleration, and enrichment.
