QuEST Career Seekers
The QuEST Career-Seeker program is a pathway for current Plano ISD high school graduates who are seeking a career in education. Acceptance into the program is through an application process. High school students are eligible to apply in year they graduate.

Eligibility Requirements
- Plano ISD graduating senior.
- Pass Title 1 Assessment
- Complete an application and interview
- Three (3) recommendations: one (1) PISD campus administrator, and two (2) PISD teachers.
Applicants who meet the above criteria will be screened and considered for an interview.

- January 2027 - Application Window Closed
- February 2027 - Interviews & Notification of Selection
