Fern Johnson
My calling into the teaching field began way before I was born. For as long back as my family history goes, we have been educators and administrators for all children of many different backgrounds. In my many years of experience, I have taught in computer labs, math classrooms, special education, and coached basketball. The common theme across all grade levels of students is the need for positive relationships with their teachers.
I am very blessed to now work as a digital learning specialist at Plano ISD and contribute to helping educators and their students navigate the tech world and learn how to develop transformative learning design. I help support Dyslexia, English/Language Arts (ELA), Headstart, Early Childhood, Reading, and Special Education.
