Handwriting Interactive Teaching Tool (HITT)

Handwriting Without Tears offers multisensory strategies and materials to teach pencil grip, letter formation, and the literacy skills that are needed for print and cursive handwriting.

Plano ISD has a district license for K-3rd grade Language Arts teachers and specialists and includes 4th grade SPED.

 Teacher Access Instructions:

  1. Open Webdesk.
  2. Add 'PISD Handwriting Interactive Teaching Tool" from the PISD Staff tab in the App Library.
  3. Click on the tile to open your dashboard.

Student Access Instructions:

  1. Open Webdesk.
  2. Open the "My Classes" backpack.
  3. Click the HWT tile on your teacher's class.
