Spotify for Podcasters is free and easy to use! It is what was used to create the Tech Bytes Podcast.

WeVideo offers a Podcasting feature. Simply launch WeVideo from Webdesk, and select Podcast from the Create dropdown.   Step-by-step instructions here.
