School Leadership & Innovation

The School Leadership & Innovation Department oversees and supports campus principals across Plano ISD. The department collaborates closely with campus leaders and district departments to design and implement innovative programs, systems, and instructional practices that strengthen leadership capacity and enhance student achievement across the district.

School Leadership & Innovation is committed to serving and supporting campus administrators, faculty and staff, students, parents, and the broader community. Through this work, the department helps ensure campuses have the leadership structures, systems, and resources necessary to foster effective and engaging learning environments. These services include all Plano ISD schools.
