SIS Team:

• Aggregate and document various business procedures to align with software capability
• Train campuses on utilizing the student information system including:
  • Grade verification 
  • Transcripts 
  • Attendance 
  • Enrollment
  • Address pathing 
  • Master schedules 
  • Scheduling students
  • Family access 
  • TREx
  • Laserfiche 
  • Withdrawals
  • No Shows
• Configure the student information system as business procedures evolve within the district
• Integrate the student information system with a variety of third-party products 
• Maintain various technical resources and references
• Develop custom reports 

State Reporting Compliance Team:

• Assign student unique ID's as they enroll into Texas for the first time
• Research and correct student data discrepancies within TEA's database
• Send weekly submissions of entries and withdrawals to TEA's database
• Monitor and resolve dual enrollment issues between Plano ISD and other Texas Public School districts
• Strive to ensure the District's compliance regarding attendance and enrollment regulations
• Train and support campus data clerks and department program owners 
• Distribute information about the latest Student Attendance Accounting Handbook updates
• Complete PEIMS and core collections for state reporting
