Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Liz Medina, RN
Hello Armstrong Families! I am so excited to start my THIRD year as the AMS School Nurse!
I began my nursing career in Neuro Intensive Care in 2008 and since then have worked in various capacities including PACU (surgical recovery), Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures (providing moderate sedation), inserting PICCs (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters), acting as Charge Nurse, and any other areas they would let me. I decided to merge my interests in health and leadership by going back to school for my Master of Public Health degree, graduating in Summer 2018. I am absolutely ecstatic to be able to serve our Armstrong scholars, staff, and community.
