Welcome,
I am super excited to be here serving as a special education campus transisiton specialist and inclusion teacher. I graduated from Tyler Junior College in 1998 with an Associate’s Degree in General Studies, from Stephen F. Austin in August of 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I also hold a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction: Reading with an Emphasis in Secondary Education as well as a principal certification. I began my teaching career at Jacksonville Middle School and went on the teach in Kennedale Independent School District for 11 years. Three years ago I started my career in Plano, as a senior English teacher at Plano East Senior High School, then moved to Clark High School as a English and Reading teacher.
I the mother of two wonderful young men Marcus (19) and Marquise (9).
I am a compassionate and enthusiastic educator that serve as advocate for all students.
I am looking forward to this being a very successful school year.
