Hello! My name is Brianna Blagowsky and I love being a member and the Team Leader of the Special Education team here at Mendenhall Elementary. As a PISD alumn I am honored to continue the legacy that this district has created throughout the years. My philosophy statement is that EVERY child is capable of becoming life long learners and contributing members of society. It is my job as an educator to get my students to those goals through celebrating ALL unique learning styles. I myself am also a lifelong learner and am excited to see where this year leads!

I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word where I received my B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Special Education and another minor in Reading. 

I am dedicated to each child that steps into my classroom, and with the endless support provided by PISD and Mendenhall I am confident this year will be an awesome one!
