Coach Engelking teaches the morning physical education classes at Mathews. The morning classes consist of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. In the afternoon Coach Engelking is men's and women's head golf coach at Plano East Senior High. He has been teaching in Plano for 25 years. This is his first year at Stinson Elementary. His wife Jill is the Principal at Williams High School. Coach Engelking has two daughters. Madalyn - 21, who is in Grad. School at UNT and Sophia - 19, who is in Sophomore at Oklahoma State University. One interesting fact about Coach Engelking is that he attended Harrington Elementary, Carpenter Middle School, Clark High School and Plano East Senior High.
