Mr. Jacob Ryckman

I am a native Planoite and have lived in the city for most of my life. I graduated in 2010 from Plano East Senior High School. I graduated in 2014 with my teaching certificate and a Bachelor's degree in English, and have returned to the University of North Texas to obtain my Masters in Curriculum & Instruction. 


This is my 7th year teaching, and I have taught a variety of subjects including: 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th grade English; Remedial Middle School English; and 9th and 10th grade ESL English. I enjoy working with kids and always work to help them be successful both in and out of the classroom!
