My name is Troy Brooks.  I was born in Temple, Texas but raised in Copperas Cove, Texas.  I am beginning my 19th year as a Coach/PE teacher.  I graduated Tarleton State University in 2002 with a BS in Exercise and Sports Studies.  I hold Texas Certifications in  All-Level Physical Education as well as ELL (ESL).  I am so excited to be a part of the GREAT Staff/Family we call Stinson Elementary.  I also hope to pass on my knowledge and passion for Health/ Fitness to all my students so they can implement a healthy lifestyle.  My favorite thing outside of teaching is to hang out with my wife Stephanie and two kids Carson and Chloe.  When time allows, I can be found outdoors hunting wild pigs and birds.
