Learning at Home Resources 

Howdy CMS Family,

By now, you should have been informed that the campus closure has been extended through May 1st. We will keep everyone informed of changes to this date as the information becomes available.  During this season of uncertainty, it is extremely important that we follow the direction of our leaders. Please take care of yourself and others by practicing social distancing and other safety practices.  

In an effort to maintain the spirit of academic excellence, we will continue to engage in online learning. We know and appreciate the work you are doing from home to partner with teachers. Please continue to encourage your student(s) to log on, review, and complete the lessons shared by teachers in Google classroom. Teachers are also available to answer questions to support the learning process.  Please feel free to email them directly with your questions.  Though counselors or administrators are also here for support, emailing a counselor or an administrator with academic questions first will surely delay responses to your questions.  Moreover, when teachers begin taking grades on assignments, student engagement will be even more crucial to the academic success of your student.

The counseling department has developed a learning schedule (it is attached to this e-news blast) for your student.  Please feel free to print it and post it on your refrigerator or anywhere visible, as needed. Learning Schedule
