Ms. Amy Chang

Greetings, I am Ms. Chang! I have been an educator for almost a decade and have been teaching biology for most of those time. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and earned my teaching certification from The University of Texas at Austin (Go Longhorns!). I love to study and learn about living things on earth and its natural phenomena. After taking many science classes in college, I came to realize that I rarely take notice of the natural events that happen in our daily surroundings. Science is an integral part of our life; everything we do involves some form of science (i.e. cooking, sports, gardening, etc.) It is this reason I want to contribute my knowledge and love of science to our future generation, providing them the tools to become well-informed citizens. I hope that students can share my passion and joy of learning not just in class but in their daily life.
