Hello everyone, my name is Maya Ramirez.

I teach first grade at McCall. This is my third year teaching and being a part of the McCall Colt family. 

A few things about me: I'm a Texas native. However, I did leave to attend Oklahoma State University and receive a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences with the option of Early Childhood Education. Go Pokes! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy trying new restaurants, finding new television shows, hanging out with my Cockapoo puppy named Chandler, and dancing. 

I am grateful to work with your children and help them develop a love for learning. I love teaching first grade and watching your students blossom, especially when it comes to your students turning into readers.
