Hello!  I am the Brinker Art Education Specialist, Alison Adame.  It's pronounced "ah DAH may".  This will be my 14th year teaching Elementary Art and my 4th year at Brinker.  I absolutely love what I do!  Being Brinker's Art Teacher is my dream job.  In the Brinker Art Room, we ask a lot of questions, experiment with different mediums, and explore the world through our artmaking.  I truly have the best job ever because I get to explore the wonderful imaginations of my students.  When I'm not working, I am busy with my four kiddos (Paloma, Roman, Daniel and Eden), my husband Nathan, and our huge, hairy dog, Churro.  In our big family, we like to say there's never a dull moment.  We love to get outside, cook delicious meals, visit with friends and family, and travel when we can.  It's a full and beautiful life!
