Coach Pointer is a Plano native who graduated from Plano Senior High, and this will be her first teaching P.E. She attended Wichita State University on a basketball scholarship, and continued her education obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Coach Pointer will also be assisting for the girls basketball program at Plano West. She has two daughters one of which is in 4th grade at Centennial and the other a 6th grader at Renner Middle School. In her spare time she like to hang out with family, work out, and watch any thing basketball.
