This year is my 25th year in education and in Plano ISD.  For the first 10 years of my career, I was a teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for the Plano Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.  I then served as a Team Leader for the Deaf Education program for 13 years.  Last year, I made the exciting move to Assistant Principal at Isaacs!  I love being at Isaacs and seeing the smiles of the staff and students every day!

I have been married to my husband, Devin, for 22 years.  We have one son, Jacob, who is a sophomore at Texas A&M majoring in Business.  

I received my Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and my Masters of Science in Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Texas Woman's University.  After several years in education, I went back to school at Lamar University to obtain my Principal Certification.  This Fall, I am starting graduate school at Texas A&M to earn my Doctor of Education in Educational Administration with an emphasis in PK-12 Educational Leadership.  

I am excited about this school year and getting the opportunity to watch each of our students learn and grow!  It will be an amazing year!
