College(s)/Degrees: University of Toronto with a double major in English and Political Science 

Teaching History: First year! 

Family: My parents and two amazing sisters live in Canada.  I have an incredible husband who grew up going to PISD and an adorable one year old who keeps me busy for all the hours I'm not at school 🙂 

Interests/Hobbies Outside of School: I love to go for walks and swimming with my little one.  I adore spending all the time, doing all the things with my family.

Why did you want to be a part of the IB PYP at Huffman? The IB Program at Huffman lines up exactly with my teaching philosophy. I love the idea of allowing my students a safe place to guide their own learning and become aware of the world around them.
