My name is Dr. Shelise Tillman and I have over 20 years in education with a strong academic background in student and teacher development and organizational management. In conjunction with these strengths, the Assistant Principal position and being a doctoral student have afforded me a lot of experience and training that have given me insight and leverage for being a more effective instructional leader, collaborator, and counselor. My goal is to continue growing students in all areas with the most optimum guidance and support to help Plano ISD students meet their social, emotional, and career endeavors. I reside in TX, where I serve as an educator and a Navy Veteran.
