My name is Jacqueline Jones , and I am proud to be joining Mendenhall Bilingual as a Pre-K teacher.  I am originally from Colombia, received a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, and a Master’s in Education from West Texas A & M.  I am certified to teach Early Childhood through 4^th grade. This will be my seventeenth year in EC. Prior to the 2022-23 school year I worked for McKinney ISD.

I am passionate about teaching young learners. I have high expectations for my students and my favorite subjects are reading and writing.

Personally, I got married over the summer.  I have two wonderful children who are 21 and 23 years old who both serve this country in the military.  I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family.
