Hello and welcome to the gym! 

I am so excited about being your child's coach. This will be my eleventh year of teaching. For eight years, I was a 4th grade teacher in the district, but I always knew my passion was to teach students about physical fitness and building healthy habits throughout their life. 

Some fun facts about me include that I was born in Ukraine and speak fluent Russian. I immigrated to Texas when I was five years old, moved to Plano in 8th grade, and graduated from Plano West. After high school, I attended Collin College and then the University of Texas at Dallas.

In my personal time, I love spending time with my husband and preparing for the birth of our baby boy. Working out, walking/running, spending time outside, and playing games are just some of the few activities I enjoy doing to stay active. Traveling, cooking, attending/volunteering at my church, and going to concerts make me happy as well. 

My goal is to create a safe, fun, and lasting fitness experience for all kids who come into the gym. If there is anything I can do to help you or your child, please do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to meeting everyone!
