I have been teaching in Dallas since 2010.  I received my Teacher Certification through an Alternative Certification program and am certified from Early Childhood to 6th Grade (EC-6).  I am bilingual in Spanish.  I have a Master's degree in Chemistry (Biochemistry) from the University of Puerto Rico and also a Bachelor's degree in  Chemistry from that same university.  Before coming to Dallas, I worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Quality Contryl) Analytical Laboratories.  I love photography, travel, nature and animals and value education as a life-long process that enriches our lives and those near and dear to us.
