Hello Warriors! I am so excited about starting my 2nd year here at Williams High School! I am the English and Language Arts Inclusion Support and Special Education Teacher/Case Manager. This year begins my 25th year as an educator. I taught Choir and General Music for the first 17 years of my career and I have been teaching Special Education Students for the past 8 years. I received a Bachelor of Music Degree from Southern University Agriculture and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Then I attended the University of Minnesota where I obtained a Master's of Education with an additional equivalency in Music Therapy. I later returned to school where I received certification in Special Education as an Academic Behavior Strategist. I am the mother of 4 beautiful adult children and the grandmother of 7 grandchildren. I was a resident of Maple Grove, Minnesota for 20 years before deciding to move here to Texas in 2019.
