I taught in California for 30 years. Those years included 1st Gr., 2nd Gr., ESL, Reading Recovery and Literacy Support. My academic passions have been writing and reading, although I have enjoyed teaching all subjects. That is the beauty of elementary education! I have worked with students of different home languages throughout my career. This has been both enjoyable and rewarding. My family and I moved to Texas in 2019 and I was fortunate enough to get hired at Plano ISD as an Instructional Specialist. Last year, I transitioned to an ESL Coach and Interventionist. My three years here have been all at Memorial.

    Memorial is unlike many schools. It is a very positive and supportive place for all staff and students alike. There is not a single person here who does not give his/her "All" for the success of All students.
