Hello! My name is Karina Santibañez Torres and I am thrilled to be teaching 5th grade this year. I recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in education. I am excited to be returning to Mendenhall Elementary as a teacher. I was a Mendenhall Longhorn for 6 years and decided to return because of all the great memories and teachers. I am looking forward to working and growing alongside my students as I believe we can all learn a little from each other.
