Hey!!! My name is Alexia Gladney and I'm excited to be a part of the Hightower family! Teaching is my passion and there is nothing else I would rather be doing. It's so important students are constantly being validated, encouraged, inspired, and allowed room to make mistakes and grow into the best human beings they can be. I make it my mission to create that reltaionship with every student I meet and foster an environment that is welcoming and warm for all!

Outside of school, I am cuddling with my cat, hanging out with friends and family, and eating. I love going on spontaneous adventures with people to gain as many new life experiences as I can. Life is short, so it's best to live every day like tomorrow isn't promised.
