Hi, my name is Candace Hughes. I am excited to be a part of the Hightower Family, I have been a part of PISD for 3 years now. I am excited to teach 1st grade this year. I love watching your little ones grow and learn. I enjoy working with children, it is my passion. I also have a passion for reading and writing.  

I have a 12-year-old daughter who is a student of PISD. She is my pride and joy. I have enjoyed watching her grow up becoming a product of PISD
