Hello Wildcats! I'm Coach Lance Low and this is my eleventh year to be an educator. I grew up in Alto, TX and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.  I am certified to teach Special Education, Physical Education, and Secondary Health. 

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends,including my dog, Lucy, and attending sporting events on the weekends. 

I am coming to Plano Senior from Vines High School and look forward to seeing and coaching my former students.
