Tempest Welch is the Behavior Technician at Wilson Middle School. She is a Monroe, Louisiana native who now resides in DFW. Tempest is the mom of a dinosaur-loving two-year-old baby boy. She is passionate about working with children, giving them hope and helping them to find out who they are.
