Hello! I'm Alethia Lamp, Bilingual Instructional Specialist at Barron Elementary. I am excited to provide academic support to our Bigcats students, staff and families while we learn together! I believe that each child grows and learns at a different pace; knowing that I can help students build a solid foundation for a lifetime of learning is a very rewarding experience. This is my 12th year working at Plano ISD.  I am Bilingual, Special Edication and Art certified. Plano is my hometown where my husband and I are proud to have raised two amazing sons. As a family we love to spend time together, travel and enjoy the outdoors.
