Hello! I am Mark Hundley, one of the counselors here at Plano Senior High School. I serve students whose last names begin with the letters Rip through S. I have enjoyed working with students in multiple venues most of my adult life - 17 of those years as an educator teaching High School English and as a high school counselor! Seeing students successfullydiscover and explore personal strengths and interests - whether those interests lead them to college, the military or the world of work - fills me with great satisfaction! Creating and establishing supportive relationships with students drives all that I do here at Plano Senior High School! I really LOVE being a PSHS Counselor!

In addition to working as a counselor here at PSHS, I am a Licensed Professional Couselor Supervisor. I work with individual clients in a private practice setting and also provide supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates who are working toward full LPC licensure. 

I enjoy writing and am the author of Awaken to Good Mourning – a personal guide through the journey of grief. I have the privilege of being one of the founders of the Journey of Hope Grief Support Center in Plano, TX, a non-profit agency that provides free group grief support to children, adolescents and their parents or adult caregivers as they learn to mourn the death of a loved one.
