Hello! I'm Stephen Carlisle. I was born in Ashtabula, Ohio and went to kindergarten and first grade in Detroit, Michigan before moving with my family to Anaheim, California. I am a big college basketball and football fan and follow the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, FC Cincinnati and Dutch soccer. I love to read, travel, listen to music and spend time with my family. I attended Point Loma College in San Diego, before graduating from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. This is my sixth year at Shepton, after teaching previously for Lake Dallas and C-FB ISD. 

I teach Resource Geometry, as well as working with inclusion classrooms. This is my fifth year as faculty sponsor for Whiz Quiz, an academic competition that quizzes teams on literature, humanities, math, science, history, geography and current events.
