Welcome to McMillen!  My name is Toya Richardson. I am proud to be a part of the Special Education Department here at McMillen High School.  I have been with Plano ISD and serving here at McMillen High School since 2016. 

I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren, reading, karaoke, playing board games, online shopping and traveling.
