Hello Parents! I am so happy to welcome your children to my math classes this year. Eighth grade is such an exciting time for these students as they are preparing for high school. 

This is my 19th year in Plano ISD. Before joining this wonderful group of teachers at Haggard eight years ago, I taught at Robinson Middle School for eleven years. I have taught sixth, seventh, eighth grade math and honors Algebra1 for high school credit. 

We are fortunate in eighth grade to have a group of math teachers who work together with our students to help them to find success. Mrs. Grant and Mrs. Suggs and I are excited to work with your kids this year. We are a collaborative team. We plan lessons together and support each other as we work to teach and support your children.

My husband, Jeff, and I moved to Plano almost 30 years ago. Our two sons, David and Kevin, attended Plano schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. We are grateful for the wonderful education that they received here. My hope for you and your children is that you will feel the same about our school.
