My name is Lisa Barrett and I teach 6th grade science.  This is my 29th year teaching and 24 of those have been in 6th grade science.  I have been at Rice for 7 years.  

I have lived in Plano since 1980 and went through the Plano ISD school system.  I graduated from the University of North Texas.  

I thoroughly love to instill the curiosity of learning science in my students and enjoy watching their growth through the years.
