My early teaching career began in Dallas ISD (Marsh Middle School) followed by Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD (Vivian Field Jr High) as a science middle school teacher. As a stay at home Mom for a few years, I resumed my career teaching 7th/8th Science in Plano ISD at Frankford Middle School where I served as Science Department Head and Science Fair Building Coordinator.  In 2013, I moved to Rice Middle School to teach 7th/8th Science and serve as the Science Fair Building Coordinator.  My state certification is 7-12 Composite Science.

My husband and I have 3 married daughters who were Plano West graduates.    Between them we enjoy fun times with our 3 granddaughters and 3 grandsons---ages 2-6.
