Hello! I am the Registrar and Secretary to the Counselors at Otto Middle School. 

I have been at Otto Middle School for almost 6 years but have been involved in various ways since it opened in 2010. 

I have 2 children who have graduated from Plano East and I am a huge OU fan!

    REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Proof Of Residency - current water, gas or electric bill in Otto's attendance zone.
    2. Student's Birth Certificate or Passport
    3. Student's Social Security Card (optional)
    4. Updated Immunization Record
    5. Last Report Card or Withdrawal Paperwork
    6. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
    7. Legal Guardianship Paperwork (if Applicable) 

    If a current utility bill is not yet available, a lease or purchase agreement is acceptable until a bill is obtainable.

    If you live with someone else, a Legal Notarized Proof of Residency Statement form will need to be completed with the homeowner/lessee present.
