I am a true southern girl as I was born in Georgia, raised in Kentucky, and have lived in Texas for over 28 years.  I am married with two sons, two grandsons, and a precious dog named Riley.  I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Psychology and then obtained my teaching certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Jackson Elementary is my home as I have been teaching here for 27 years.  

In my spare time I enjoy walking, gardening, listening to 80's music, and spending time with my family.
