Hello, my name is Debbie Santiago. I am a Bilingual Instructional Specialist at Mendenhall Elementary.  I am originally from New York City and a graduate of the University  of Puerto Rico.  I have been in education for 19 years working for PISD and 17 of those at Mendenhall.  I am excited for the opportunity to collaborate with our wonderful staff to help our children achieve their maximum academic potential and social aspirations.
